1. Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms have the meaning indicated:
- Platform / iCars.md: the website available at icars.md and all its subdomains
- User: any natural or legal person who accesses or uses the Platform
- Dealer: a company authorized to list car ads on the Platform
- Listing: an offer to sell a vehicle published by a Dealer
- Content: any text, image, video or other material published on the Platform
2. Acceptance of terms
By accessing and using the Platform, you fully and unreservedly accept these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the Platform.
3. Use of the platform
The Platform may be used for lawful purposes only. The following is prohibited:
- Publishing false, misleading listings or listings with incorrect information
- Fraud attempts, spam, phishing or cyber attacks
- Automated copying (scraping) of content without written consent
- Using the Platform to promote other services without consent
- Posting offensive, discriminatory or illegal content
Violating these rules may lead to account suspension and/or legal action.
4. User accounts
Accounts on iCars.md are currently available only to partner dealers. Account creation procedure:
- Submitting a request via the Contact

5. Listing content
Each Dealer is fully legally responsible for the listings they publish, including:
- Accuracy of the description (year, mileage, features, accident history)
- Originality of the photos (copyright respected)
- Compliance with Moldova's commercial legislation
- Actual availability of the vehicle at the listed price
iCars.md verifies dealers but does NOT guarantee 100% accuracy of every listing. We recommend independent verification before purchase.
6. Transactions
iCars.md is a listing platform — we do NOT process payments and do NOT mediate transactions.
All transactions take place DIRECTLY between buyer and seller, at the parties' own responsibility. We recommend:
- Meeting in person at the dealer's premises
- A technical inspection of the vehicle before payment
- Bank transfer (not cash) for large transactions
- A written contract signed by both parties
7. Intellectual property rights
All elements of the Platform (design, logo, source code, editorial texts) are the property of iCars.md or its partners and are protected by copyright law.
Listing content (photos, descriptions) remains the property of the dealers who published it. By publishing, they grant us a non-exclusive license to display it on the Platform.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The Platform is provided "as is", without express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee that:
- The Platform will be continuously available (without technical interruptions)
- All information in listings is 100% accurate
- Specific vehicles are still available at the listed price
- Transactions between parties will complete successfully
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, iCars.md is not liable for:
- Direct or indirect damages caused by the use of the Platform
- Financial losses resulting from transactions with dealers
- Technical problems of vehicles purchased through the Platform
- Content published by third parties (dealers, reviewers)
Our maximum liability, in any scenario, is limited to 1 (one) Moldovan Leu.
10. Changes to the terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions. Changes will be visibly announced on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova. Any dispute will be settled by the competent courts of Chisinau, Republic of Moldova.
