Yes, browsing the catalog, viewing listings, saving favorites and comparing are completely free for all visitors. No account needed.
Tap the heart ❤ on any listing. Saved listings appear on the Favorites page. Data is stored only in your browser (localStorage) — no account required.
Check the "Compare" box on up to 4 listings. A bar appears at the bottom with a "Compare now →" button leading to a side-by-side specs table (price, year, mileage, engine, equipment, etc.).
🛒 Buying
We recommend a full technical inspection at a partner service: VIN check, diagnostic scan, physical body/chassis inspection, test drive. See our 15-point checklist.
Yes. Listings marked "Negotiable price" indicate the seller is open to offers. Otherwise, it is up to the parties. Contact directly by phone or via message from the listing.
Verified dealers often offer a 6–12 month warranty on selected second-hand cars. Details vary by dealer — ask before buying.
The VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) has 17 characters. Check it physically on the body (usually the left corner of the dashboard), on the registration certificate and import documents. For full history, use services like CarVertical or Autotrack.
💰 Selling
Currently, posting listings is available only to verified partner dealers. If you are a dealer and want to become a partner, contact us.
For verified dealers we offer flexible packages at competitive prices. Details and a personalized offer after you contact us.
Listings stay active for 60 days, with the option to extend. Promoted listings (Top, Urgent, Premium) get increased visibility.
🏢 Dealers
Dealers with the blue "Verified" badge have been manually checked by our team: company documents, physical premises, transaction history, customer reviews. You get safety, the dealer gets credibility.
Go to the dealer profile → "Reviews" tab → fill in the form with a rating (1–5 stars) and a description of your experience. Reviews are moderated before publishing.

💳 Payments
No. iCars.md is a listing platform — all transactions happen DIRECTLY between buyer and seller. We recommend meeting in person at the dealer's premises or at a bank for the ownership transfer.
Yes, we work with our banking partners (Moldindconbank, MICB, OTP Bank, ProCredit) to offer car loans on preferential terms. See the Financing page.

👤 Account
No. All main features (search, filters, favorites, comparison, contacting sellers) are available without an account. Accounts are currently intended only for partner dealers.
On the Favorites page, click "Clear list" (top right) to remove everything. Or remove items individually by clicking the heart on each listing.
⚙️ Technical
Yes, the site is fully responsive (Android, iPhone, tablets). The design automatically adapts to any screen size.

Each seller is legally responsible for the content of their own listing (description, photos, price). iCars.md verifies dealers but does not guarantee 100% accuracy of every listing.
We recommend resolving the matter amicably. If that is not possible, you can contact the Consumer Protection Agency or the competent court. iCars.md does not mediate commercial disputes.
